Your Mission For Week 1.

Action 1. Write in a journal or notebook… What you’d like to get from this series.
Action 2. Explore your past eating pattern/behaviour, and have Non-Blame Curious Reflection.
Action 3. When you’re about to eat… reflect on the purpose of your eating

Why Are You Eating?

Action 4. Remove your Water hunger by drinking more water (unless you are already fully hydrated and drink adequate or large amounts of water).

Your Mission For Week 5 and from now on...

Action 1. Remember that a little progress each day adds up. That’s all you need to do. 
Action 2. Ask these Conscious Question before you start to prepare a meal, start eating and before bed.

Ask them with curious intention: 

1. Why is it entirely possible for me to eat well and look after myself?
2. And why am I grateful for that?
3. And how do I celebrate that?
